If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry - our returns process is simple and straightforward.

Return Window

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We don't accept used or damaged items, only items in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@scoothub.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you find:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We'll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

We do not accept used items, or items that are damaged or missing parts.

 

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification.

The same condition requirements apply:

  • Item must be unworn/unused
  • All tags must be attached
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
